Bree,ree

Originally from Saskatchewan and residing in Montreal for the last 15 years, Todd Stewart is an illustrator and a self-taught screenprinter. Since 2004 he has run Bree,ree, a small scale print studio. Photography, illustration, collage, stencil and letterpress have all found their way into his screenprinted works. His posters for art and music shows have been seen on city streets in Quebec, Canada and the United States, and my art prints have been exhibited in galleries and public spaces throughout Canada. His prints tell stories he does not consciously know much about, and that is important to him; this uncertainty is what ultimately makes him enjoy creating his work.
